RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. Withdrawal Period

The Seller’s return policy, for products sold on our website (hereafter the "Seller"), lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we can no longer offer you a refund, and you no longer have the right to request a return.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you, or a third party designated by you (and who is not the carrier), physically takes possession of the goods or of the last good (in the case of a contract covering multiple goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately). If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we can unfortunately no longer offer you a refund or an exchange.

In order to be eligible for a return, the item in your order must be in the same condition in which you received it—never worn or used, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase (e.g., a copy of the receipt) for the item you wish to return.

If your return request is accepted by the Seller, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request within the indicated timeframe will not be accepted.

2. Return Procedure

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform WOM of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email) at support@wompower.shop. You can use the withdrawal form template, but it is not mandatory.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.

If you are returning an item over €70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Return Policy

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

DAMAGED ITEMS AND ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER

You must inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the delivered item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and do our best to correct it promptly.

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

By exception to point 1 above, certain types of items cannot be returned.

  • Customized products (e.g., special orders or bespoke items)
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, or products

Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Additionally, sale items (if any) and gift cards cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept products that are offered in connection with an exclusive 50% discount campaign.

EXCHANGES

The Seller does not offer exchanges for items ordered on our website.
If you wish to purchase an item different from the one you originally ordered, we recommend placing a new order and returning the unsuitable item.

4. Withdrawal Form

If you wish to return an item and it meets the conditions, please contact our customer service to request and download the WOM return form. Complete and email it back to us along with proof that you actually purchased the product from us. Once we receive your request, we will confirm and approve your withdrawal right and provide you with the steps to return your products to our warehouse. Use of the withdrawal form is not mandatory.

5. Returning the Products

To process a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. After contacting us via email, you will receive a return address where you can send back your products. The return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.

6. Refund

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer) immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Refunds (if applicable)

We will notify you once the Seller has received and inspected your returned order. We will let you know whether your refund request has been approved. If your refund request is approved by the Seller, you will be automatically credited for the price paid for the returned item(s) to the same account linked to your original payment method. Please note that this refund’s processing time by banks and various payment operators is subject to their own timelines and beyond our control.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email confirming we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your request.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified period.

We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed to a different payment method. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the customized goods or until you have provided proof that you have shipped the customized goods, whichever occurs first.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card issuer; there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@wompower.shop.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at support@wompower.shop.

Gifts

If the returned item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first and then gave it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
