We take 2 days to process your order, then 10 to 14 business days to deliver it to you.

Some items from my order are missing. What’s going on?
Our products are shipped separately according to your order. For instance, if your order contains items from two different warehouses, you’ll receive two separate deliveries. The rest of your order will likely arrive soon.
I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We’re sorry to hear that. Just send us a picture of the damaged item to: support@wompower.shop and we’ll send you a replacement item as soon as possible.

I still haven’t received my order. Why is it taking so long?
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipments can take longer than expected due to customs clearance. You can track your order at any time to see its location. If you still feel you need help tracking your package or have questions, please email us at support@wompower.shop.
Do you have a refund policy?
We do our best to resolve any problems our customers might experience with their online items. If you still wish to receive a refund for your order, we can of course process the payment, provided the request is made within 14 days from the order date and the product(s) in question were not sold as clearance items.
